Biography
Studied at Faculty of Radio and Television in Katowice, Poland. European Film Academy member. EAVE Producers workshop alumni.
She was working as a production manager, post-production supervisor or executive producer of short and feature films – among others THE BEST FIREWORKS EVER by Aleksandra Terpińska awarded at Cannes FF, Semaine de La Critique
section with Rail d’Or and Canal + award, or Karlovy Vary premiere CHEMO by Bartosz Prokopowicz. In 2015 she has established together with Klaudia Śmieja –Rostworowska and Bogna Szewczyk production company called Madants aiming to produce high quality art house films with festival and distribution potential. Since then it has become one of the most active Polish production outlets and co-produced films such as Berlinale premiere
CHARLATAN by Agnieszka Holland, Emir Baigazins Venice Orizzonti winner (Best director) THE RIVER or Babis Makridis’ Sundance-selected PITY among others. Her recent feature as a producer is a rap musical OTHER PEOPLE written and directed by Aleksandra Terpińska awarded with FIPRESCI Prize at Tallinn Black Nights and Polish Film Festival Best Debut winner.
