Biography
Laure Caillol is a film acquisition and distribution executive.
She is currently the Head of Acquisitions at Haut et Court, an independent French production and distribution company, where she scouts projects and films, for co-production and distribution.
Haut et Court co-produced among others:
– The Lobster by Yorgos Lanthimos,
– andThe County by Grimur Hakonarson.
The company also released:
– Toni Erdmann by Maren Ade,
– or more recently Another Round by Thomas Vinterberg.
In addition, she took part in Torino Film Lab’s Script and Pitch Programme in 2015 as story editor as well as in EAVE Producers’ Workshop in 2016, focusing respectively on story editing and production.
