Biography

After finishing NYU Tisch School of the Arts with an M.F.A in film directing, Maxim has established himself as an emerging talent in Russia with credits including TV-series and films for main TV-channels as well as feature-length documentaries. His short films Moving in Circles 

and Broken Maiden have been screened at over 30 festivals worldwide and won 15 awards. In his first feature film, Far Frontiers, he revisits the military world of his childhood, using the years of his cinematic and storytelling experience.
