DANIEL VADOCKY

Daniel Vadocky has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Trnava and in Film Studies from the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (VŠMU) in Slovakia. He had lectured on Philosophy and Aesthetics at the Department of Film and had published articles on world cinema, film history and theory in various magazines and newspapers. He worked as a Film Programmer at the Art Film Fest and Film Coordinator at the Bratislava IFF in Slovakia. During 2013 – 2016, headed the sales department of the Czech National Film Archive, and continued as a Sales and Festival representative for Negativ Film Productions based in Prague (CZ). He currently works as a Festival manager at Pluto Film in Germany.
