Biography

Ingrid Lill Høgtun lived in Rome for 16 years, gaining a broad experience in the international film business. Currently she works as producer in Norway through her companies Barentsfilm and DUOfilm. She produced “You Will Die at Twenty” by Amjad Abu Alala (Lion of The Future  Venice 2019) and co-produced “Essential Killing” by Jerzy Skolimowski (Grand Jury Award and Best Actor – Venice 2010) as well as the opening film

of IDFA 2017, “Amal” by Mohamed Siam. Currently she is co-producing “Memories and My Mother” by Aditya Vikram Sengupta and “Day After…” by Kamar Ahmad Simon, both in post-production, as well as the feature “Costa Brava Lebanon” by Mounia Akl and “The Women” by The Maw Naing. She is also part of the team developing Aditya Vikram Sengupta`s new feature “Birthmark”.
