A small village in Azerbaijan: Babek and Sahil have been best friends since childhood. Together they have a band that performs at local weddings – but Babek wants more. Spurred on by dreams of fame, glory, a life in Baku and his true love Zarif, the frontman longs to get out of the wedding biz and up onto the big stage. But Sahil, their songwriter and MC, is satisfied enough with the here and now. This discrepancy threatens their bond – how much change can it take before it finally breaks?
