Biography
Based in Tallinn, Tõnu Hiielaid studied sociology and had over 15 years of experience in international sales before starting an indie film production company Tallifornia with Rain Rannu in 2018.
Tallifornia produces, finances and distributes fast-paced, fun, author-driven narrative feature films.
Its first feature Chasing Unicorns premiered at 2019 Black Nights FF – Baltic Selection and Kratt at Just Film 2020.
